TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drink & cool towel upon arrival, daily personalized breakfast in the villa, return airport transfers (airport-villa-airport), 24 hours butler service, drop off to Seminyak/Kerobokan area, complimentary mini bar during the stay, and daily fruit or cake presentation during tea time (16:00 - 17:30 hours).
   
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: August 1 – 31; peak season period: December 27 – January 03
   
   
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods
   
   
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 12:00
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
   
5. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
