2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low season period: January 16 - July 15 and September 01 - December 14
   High season period: July 16 - August 31 and December 15 - January 15
   
   
3. Day use charge:
   - 10.00 hrs - 12.00 hrs Check out complimentary subject to availability
   - 12.00 hrs - 13.00 hrs Check out US$ 20 subject to availability
   - 13.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs Check out US$ 30 subject to availability
   
   
4. Terms of Payment
   Cash basis and direct deposit must be paid for minimum 2 nights accommodation in 14 days prior to arrival to secure reservation.
   
   
5. Cancellation Policy
   - Pre cancellation: Up to 28 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night accommodation
   - Less 28 days before arrival will be charged 2 nights accomodation
   - No show will be charged 2 nights accommodation
